The Teens hangout for girls with ADHD

Chill spot for girls with ADHD to meet, share stories, and have fun together in person!
A relaxed, welcoming space created just for girls with ADHD to feel understood, accepted, and connected. This is more than a group—it’s a safe space to belong. 💛
The Teens Hangout is all about being yourself—no pressure, no judgement. It’s a place to meet other girls, build genuine friendships, and realise you’re not alone in how you think, feel, and experience the world.
We gently build skills around emotional regulation, confidence, and understanding ADHD in a positive, empowering way—helping you see your strengths, not just your struggles.
Through a mix of guided conversations and low-pressure activities, you will:
Build confidence and self-acceptance
Develop emotional regulation skills in a natural, supportive way
Feel less isolated and more understood
Form positive, meaningful peer connections
Begin to see ADHD through a strengths-based lens
Just as importantly, this space helps reduce masking and the exhaustion that often comes with trying to “fit in” all day at school.
Sessions are intentionally kept small to ensure each girl feels safe, seen, and supported.
Many parents tell me their daughters leave feeling lighter, more confident, and finally able to be themselves.
