Meet Diletta
Certified ADHD Coach
Hi, I’m Diletta — an ADHD Coach, mum of two teenagers, and wife, living in a wonderfully neurodivergent household that is never boring and always full of surprises.
With over 14 years of first-hand experience with Autism, ADHD, PDA, and anxiety, I understand the daily challenges families face because I’ve lived them myself.
My journey is what inspired me to become an ADHD Coach — to offer the kind of support and guidance I wished had been available to my own family years ago.
My coaching approach is supportive, inclusive, and empowering. I aim to create a safe space where you and your family feel understood, encouraged, and equipped with practical tools for growth and self-advocacy.
My role isn’t about “fixing” ADHD — it’s about helping children recognise their strengths, build skills, and feel proud of who they are, while giving parents the tools and support they need too.
I know how tough it can feel — and you don’t have to go through it alone. I’ve been there, and now I’m here to walk alongside you, offering the guidance I once needed myself.
Why ADHD Coaching?
Because navigating ADHD can be a very lonely experience.
I can help with

Time Management

My coaching sessions focus on developing effective time management strategies tailored to the unique needs of individuals with ADHD. I can help you in developing organizational skills and creating systems to manage daily tasks and responsibilities more efficiently.
Emotional Regulation
I provide techniques and support to help individuals with ADHD better understand and regulate their emotions, leading to improved overall well-being.
Together we can create a toolbox of calming strategies tailored to your preferences.
Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD)
RSD means that a person feels extremely upset or hurt when they think they have been rejected or criticized. It's not about being overly dramatic - it's a real emotional sensitivity that causes anxiety, sadness and even anger.
I can help you understand triggers and manage emotional reactions.

Parent and Family Support
After years of waiting lists, appointments, questionnaires…your child has finally been diagnosed with ADHD.
And now what?
You have probably been sent home with some print outs, a couple of websites and book suggestions, because you have so much spare time to dedicate to reading ADHD books while trying to survive the daily struggles, sleep deprived. You are on your own again!
Well, I’m here!!! I am here to support you, to help you put strategies in place, to make sure you don’t feel alone in this system that keeps failing your family.
I offer coaching and resources for parents and families to better understand and support their loved ones with ADHD, fostering a safe and nurturing family environment.
Self-Esteem and Confidence
Neurodivergence is not a problem, deficit or “excuses”. It is an explanation for the diverse ways we all experience the world. My coaching aims to boost self-esteem and confidence in individuals with ADHD, concentrating on your strenghts and helping you reach your full potential.
Stress Management
ADHD isn't exhausting, pretending you don't have ADHD is!
We live in a society that is not designed with Neurodivergent people in mind. So we often end up masking and trying to push through in a hostile environment.
The risk is Burnout!
I provide tools and strategies to manage stress effectively, promoting a balanced and fulfilling life.

FAQ
Do I need a diagnosis in order to book a session? Absolutely not! I will support you and your family before, during and after the diagnosis process. If you prefer not to go down the diagnosis route, it is also ok. I can help you achieve a better life balance using some key strategies.
Can you do ADHD assessments and give diagnosis? No, but I can point you in the right direction. If you wish to book an ADHD assessment please contact a psychiatrist, clinical psychologist or ask your GP for an NHS referral.
What ages do you coach? I specialise in sessions for families, adolescents and children over 8.
What if my child is younger than 8? I can do sessions with parents and carers. We can put together strategies to make your family life more manageable.
What happens during the session? Each session is personalised to cater for your specific needs.
Is my child meant to stay on their own? Completely their choice.
What if a child refuses to engage? That’s absolutely fine, establishing a relationship with a coach can take time, it’s all about trust! It will take as long as it takes, I will never force a child to do sessions against their will.
Are there any rules?! I have one rule: Never talk in a negative way in front of a child. So we might need to book some parents sessions (online or in person) during which we can discuss certain topics privately.
How many sessions do I need? As my coaching approach is 100% personalised, this varies. I do not impose a fixed number of sessions because I believe that everyone has different needs, but highly recommend at least 4 sessions. No commitment, you can stop anytime.
How long are the sessions? My sessions are 45 minutes long.
What is your payment and cancellation policy? I require full payment at the time of booking. I will be able to reschedule your session if given 48 hours notice. No refunds.
Where are the sessions based? I offer both in person and online sessions. In person sessions are held in St Johns, Woking – Surrey.
Are you Neuro-affirmative? Yes! I am certified Neuro-Affirmative.
