Summer Holidays - Teen Hangout for girls with ADHD

A space for Teen girls to enjoy time together in a low demand environment
The Teen Hangout is a calm, welcoming space created especially for girls ages 12-17 with ADHD who might struggle to access mainstream summer clubs, feel overwhelmed in busy environments, or simply don’t know where they “fit”.
There’s no pressure here. No expectations. No need to be a certain way.
Just a small group of similar-aged girls, a relaxed environment, and the chance to spend time together in a way that feels safe and comfortable.
Sessions are low-demand and flexible. Girls can join in as much or as little as they like—whether that’s chatting, sitting quietly, or getting stuck into something hands-on.
Activities include:
Art and crafts
LEGO and building
Sensory aids and fidget items
Simple, calming activities
Space to just be
This isn’t a structured camp. It’s not about performance, participation, or pushing outside comfort zones.
It’s about:
Having somewhere to go
Being around others who “get it”
Reducing isolation during the long summer break
Feeling accepted without needing to mask
For many girls, this kind of space can make all the difference—a place where they can show up exactly as they are and feel okay doing so.
