Working with Schools
How can I help?

Workshops for parents
My parent workshops give schools an opportunity to offer practical, supportive guidance to families of neurodivergent children.
The sessions are designed to be informative, practical and reassuring, helping parents understand what may be behind their child's behaviour and, most importantly, what they can do to support them.
Price £100.
I offer a free one hour parent workshop to a school in Woking each month, subject to availability.
1:1 child observation
A minimum of two hours of observation within the school environment, allowing me to understand how the pupil experiences different aspects of the school day, identify potential barriers to learning and engagement, and see what is already working well.
This is followed by individual, interactive sessions with the child, using engaging, age-appropriate and low-pressure activities. Following the observation and child sessions, the school receives written feedback with practical recommendations and suggested strategies, helping staff better understand the pupil and identify ways to support them within the school environment.

Teachers Training
Practical, accessible training designed to help teachers and school staff better understand how ADHD can affect learning, behaviour, emotional regulation and classroom engagement.
The training focuses on recognising the barriers behind a pupil’s behaviour and provides practical, realistic strategies that staff can use in the classroom to support attention, organisation, emotional regulation, confidence and participation.
The aim is to help staff move from “Why won’t they?” to “What do they need?”, creating a more supportive environment where ADHD pupils can understand their strengths and thrive.
